A.R.D. Training Camp

The main access to A.R.D. Training camp is down a nearby alley, this will lead you to a small courtyard, before taking you directly to a side entrance, where the primary training area and boxing ring are located. 

 

The front door to the main road is usually locked as it is the location for other personal training facilities, as well as a separate consulting room, used for psychology clients.

There is 1 hour free parking outside the gym, in specific bays, along Grosvenor Road and there are also some 2 hour free parking bays along Upper Elms Road and Vine Street. Please make sure you check the signage on the parking bays before parking up to avoid a ticket!

 

Alternatively, there is free parking available at Morrisons Supermarket nearby and several "Pay & Display" car parks are situated in and around town which are only a 2 minute walk from the gym.
