At A.R.D. Training Camp, we have a variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities...

We have boxing classes for those who are serious about boxing and want to learn the sweet science behind the punches. We also have classes that are based more around boxing as a tool for fitness; so we cover all bases.

Whether you want to learn to box and compete or you want to use boxing as a way to improve your health, fitness and body composition than we can help!


We will also assist you in working out what the best plan of action is for you to take in relation to your targets and goals.


We train fighters who compete at a number of levels, from professional, to amateur and white collar, whilst also training people who just love the sport and use it as a means of fitness and stress relief.


Boxing training offers so much more than people initially think and it can be hugely rewarding in terms of both physical and mental fitness.
